My favorite personal development nerds.

I’ll be honest. My path to personal development has been an incredibly enjoyable one. I’ve come across some seriously amazing people, and I want to share them with you. These are just a few of my go-to humans for inspiration and good energy.

Vishen Lakhiani

My main dude. Aside from Tony Robbins, Vishen was my introduction into the lovely world of self-development. I’ve already chatted at length about my love for his book, but his company, Mindvalley, is the most incredible resource for personal development nerds like myself. Mindvalley brings together the best teachers in the world of personal development to teach masterclasses to their subscribers about their approach to life — how they’ve become successful, how certain habits have changed their lives, etc.

Vishen also just launched a completely new concept for university — you may find it radical, but I think it’s genius. Obviously.

(Also, can we just talk about how amazing the company’s website is?)

Alicia Keys

This girl is on fire.

But seriously.

I just want Alicia Keys to be my older sister. She preaches love and individuality, and just seems to have one of the most amazing souls.

Justin Baldoni

I love him.

I love him because he dotes so tremendously on his wife and daughter. I love him because he has a pure heart. I love him because he just seems like one of the most spiritual and grounded humans — and he’s always talking about how we should never complain. And for that, I salute him.

His smile could also cure you of any ailment.

Ella Grace Denton

Not that I’ve ever met her, but Ella Grace Denton is one of my favorite humans. She’s so entirely herself, and has such a beautiful soul. I first came across her on YouTube, and regularly checked in on her blog. Ella preaches the importance of spreading love and kindness, and being a positive energy wherever you go. She has her own shop, Sage Me Baby, and rocks vintage pieces.

She also released her own music for the first time about a week ago — completely raw and unproduced — and it’s amazing.

MuchelleB is one of my favorite YouTubers. She covers everything from goal-setting and productivity to minimalism and tackling Marie Kondo’s The Magic of Tidying Up. She recently hosted a 30-day challenge on her channel, asking viewers to do something different each day to live life more intentionally.

Her aesthetic is also mystical and dreamy AF.
